Minimums Stays:

3 Night Minimum May to Mid- June; 4-5 Night Minimum Mid-June to End-of-June.

7 Night Minimum Rental in July and August.

 

Cleaning, linens and towels are included in the price.  Only additional fee is a REFUNDABLE
 security deposit.

We are Sunday to Sunday rental in July and August, 7 night, 14 night or 21 nights stays only. 

Check in is 4pm, Check out is 10 am.

Reservations are set when a signed rental agreement is received with a deposit. We send reservation agreements electronically.
