Antique, updated summer cottage is steps from the famous Inkwell Beach, short walks to town and ferry, nestled in the Copeland Historic District of Oak Bluffs, Martha's Vineyard

A classic, circa 1870s, updated beach cottage, located in the Copeland Historic District area, which is just steps to Oak Bluffs Town Beach/ The Inkwell, and an easy 5 minute walk to downtown Oak Bluffs (Circuit Ave), Ocean Park, and Oak Bluffs Ferry.

Parking available for one vehicle

This beach cottage has 4 bedrooms (plus 1 "boxcar" loft room ideal for teens and children over the age of 8) and 2 full bathrooms (each with shower, one bath per floor). The cottage sleeps 10. Air-conditioning units are in the upstairs bedrooms, downstairs bedroom and living room for your comfort!

The cottage features a modern granite kitchen with a dishwasher, garbage disposal and all the gadgets you need to prepare your vacation meals. Outdoors you will find an outside shower and gas grille. The cottage has ocean views and is across from Seaview Ave. You can sit out on our 3-season porch or the private 2nd floor balcony to enjoy an ocean view with your morning coffee.

We provide bulky items you wont need to haul over from the mainland such as beach chairs, a cooler, linens (sheets, pillowcases, blankets), bath towels, (even beach towels just ask), beach toys for the kids, tennis rackets, basketballs (for local public courts two blocks away).

There is one convenient downstairs bedroom that has a king-size bed, perfect for those who have difficulty with stairs. HDTVs, Google Chromecast and AC units are included in every bedroom.

Second floor bedrooms include:

Dream in Green Room: One queen size bed, window air conditioner, cable HDTV and Chromecast
The Pink Magenta: One Double bed, one twin bed, window air conditioner, cable HDTV and Chromecast
The Loft: One full-size bed and one twin bed, both accessible by ship ladder **Best for older kids and teens. Not recommended for children under 8 years.
Soft Canary Room: One double bed, one twin bed, window air conditioner, TV with Chromecast
